- Captivating an entire crowd from start to finish is not easy at all. You managed to pull this off not once, not twice but three times. That's simply brilliant. The connections between visuals and music is simply fantastic. Neither steels attention from the production as an overall impression. This is impressive as well. I think it'll be fairly safe to prematurely congratulate you on this win :)

- I keep being amazed at your synths sound. Particularly your instrument design when it comes to the low freq stuff is brilliant!
Overall, a super nice prod, that - even for a superfast production - stands out as one of the memorable productions of that compo.
And since it's named iota, allow me to tip you 50 MB ;-)

- Incredible amount of coherent content for a 4k. I must say I'm not too huge fan of the music. A bit too simple instruments and composition that left me somewhat indifferent. But it's probably been a hard decision between visual content and interesting music. Perhaps the scale tipped just a bit too much to the visual side on this one. Still, a massive production and definitely worth a thumb :)

- Wow, what a super nice journey through sound and visual impressions. Really awesome work on the instruments. Particularly the choir and the bright bell-like pad - really love those! Amazing work.

- Amazing visuals and what a marvelous soundtrack! Great work with tricking the reverb to act as a delay :) Generally, the instrument work is really amazing. The strings are particularly delicious! Generally a sweet composition, too. Massive work from both of you guys.

- I'm a bit divided with this prod. I really love the soundtrack, and I know this style requires a lengthy track. But you really need A LOT of content or variation to some psychedelic stuff to make it work. My best advise would be to somehow cut corners with the genre, add more breaks to it, that of course matches what goes on visually or in other ways try to break the monotony a bit.
The instrument design is really great and I'm madly in love with the groove tempo. You definitely got the style spot on. Sync is ace, too, so all in all an easy thumb for me ;-) - rulezadded on the 2017-12-29 23:20:12

- Wonderful pace, excellent music and amazingly precise execution of a cool concept. Great work, everyone involved!
Screw the compos, themes and demosceners. I'm only in it for the free coffee :-p - rulezadded on the 2017-12-29 12:57:08

- Really promising first release! There's a crapload of work leading up to the first release in this category, and as others already pointed out, there's of course a lot of potential for improving in future productions.
Visually, there's some really nice ideas, and you actually managed to put everything you had to very good use.
In the sound department, there's also quite a lot of potential and equally many things that can be improved in the time to come. Yzi has a very good point in saying that you should work a bit on creating instruments. I don't know how many features your synth has as of this prod. Some of it sounds almost like 4k composition, where either generated patterns are gradually turned on or very simple patterns are introduced on top of one another. If the synth doesn't yet allow for very complex instruments, you'll have to focus more on composition to make the soundtrack a bit more interesting. Sometimes, less can be more, and never fear silence either. Adding too much will create a wall of sound, that - if your synth doesn't offer advanced mixing/compression - will result in a muddy mess where parts doesn't appear distinctive from one another.
Overall, it's fantastic to see yet another competitor in this category, and I'm sure that there'll be fantastic productions from your hands in the future, if you manage to improve with each production you release.
So no doubt about the thumb up - and it's not only for motivation but also for the amount of work I know you've undertaken to reach this point where you could release this. - rulezadded on the 2017-11-27 11:20:24

- Yes! Wohooo! Just watched the final and heard that you managed to add a 'Tadaaa'-moment to the egg scene! Wonderful. The visuals just grew from absolutely gorgeous to completely out of this world ridiculously insane. Great job on the final, guys!

- Oh wow! Simply just, WOW! Amazing visuals and I really love the soundscape. It's really amazing you managed to squeeze all this - fractal, fog, DoF, models etc. into one 4k. I guess the rather limited note data for the music helped make this possible. Instruments were all very nicely done, and I loved the pulsating feel - don't know if it was periodic note on's or if it's done entirely by the instrument. Either way, it really sounded fantastic. Only minor flaw, is perhaps that the music didn't change noticably at the eggs-scene. To me, that was definitely the main scene of this 4k, and it could have been emphasized a bit by making a subtle change or some kind of small "tadaaa-moment" without it getting too cheesy :)
Overall, easily top-3 4k of 2017 which has been an INSANE year for the genre. - rulezadded on the 2017-10-23 21:18:25
