- 4k musicdisk Commodore 64 C16/116/plus4 Microsonix 001 by Genesis Project [web]
- Here are 8 of my tiny tunes.
The zip file contains both C64 and Plus4/C16 versions of the collection, as well as sid files, and source code for all the tunes both in C64/Plus4 native Turbo Assembler format and .txt files for use with 64tass.exe
I'm hoping the source code might be of some use to those who want to make their own tiny tunes (perhaps as an example of what not to do) or those who would like to use the tunes in their own tiny things. - isokadded on the 2025-01-03 12:17:58
- 1k cracktro Commodore 64 gp1k! by Genesis Project [web]
- The music (if you can call it that) reuses part of Scrap's colour table as music data, and doesn't take as much space as you might think from the sidfile. The .sid has a bigger init as well, since it resets counters and such, allowing the tune to be restarted again.
The intro actually has 2 tiny tunes built in, selectable by changing one byte. Both tunes are included in the sid. - isokadded on the 2024-06-27 23:20:48

- intro Commodore 64 Genesis Project Star-tro by Genesis Project [web] & The Phantom
- This lovely intro by the Phantom is NTSC only, so if you view it in an emulator remember to switch the settings first:
For the best results, use VIC-II model 6567 (NTSC). The newer 8562 (NTSC) version found in the C64C has some grey dot bugs, and the 6567R56A (old NTSC) used in the very earliest breadbin models has one less rasterline and fewer cycles per line, which screws up the scroller. - rulezadded on the 2024-06-15 08:57:04
- 1k cracktro Commodore 64 Stars and stuff by Genesis Project [web]
- Personally, I think tiny intros still serve a function. When adding trainers to a 4k game, isn't it better to use a 1k intro than an 8k intro?
If there are only 5 blocks free on the floppy disk of a multiload game, isn't it better to use a 5 block intro instead of turning a single-sided game into a double-sided game just so you could use a fancy intro? - isokadded on the 2024-06-13 12:11:49

- 1k 4k cracktro Commodore 64 GP Micro Intro by Laxity
- I do like the minimalist look of this one, clever use of sprites, and I like how tiny it is! Thumbs up from me.
