• (First sorry for the late reply, was moving to a new office and new apartment at the same time, kept me quite busy as you can imagine !)
  
  How is this scene related: well it was made by a guy interested in computers, he sat down alone and made something fun and spectacular and challenging to pull off. He worked on it until it became a final work of art. Then he packed up his sleeping bag and traveled to… sadly not a party but to live in another part of the world (no parties here sadly !). (Modified from pouët's FAQs / what is a demo.)
  
  But really you can ask this question about many game/wild entries here. I don't want to single out any of them because it'd inevitably give the impression I'm singling out or attacking an entry (even if I personally like it !).
  
  Personally I feel that if something is trying to push (even if it fails) the hardware to do something fun / unexpected / fresh in an artistically somewhat valuable way… it's worth including. And this piece attempted to do exactly that back then with an Amiga.
  
  Admittedly the FAQ entry I used as a base for the opening paragraph concentrates primarily on demo making but I think there's nothing wrong with a bit of graphical entries from time to time.

  This is the last project i worked on that still used an Amiga, it's an opening for a game (I didn't tag it as a game because I'm uploading only one of the cutscenes). The drawings were actually made on paper and the composition was done in DPaint, it uses 16 colors.
  
  Some 20% into the development I had to throw away my A1200 so in the end the project was finished on Windows and Photoshop/Pro Motion, but I still think of it as an Amiga project. It won 2nd IGF China "Best art" !

• I don't know, because each scene is done separately (and various brushes / animbrushes are saved independently). I never tried to load all the scenes at once and save that as iff. Also the original iff files usually had a humongous spare page (which is not exported once the animation is exported as gif) so really hard to say.

• Yes, it is 100% DPV, drawn with mouse. Not even pre-scanned drawings were used (which is what I usually do). There is a bit of rotoscoping in one scene but that's the only "special" technique (and it lasts 5 seconds only anyway).
  
  I assume the parts with the car etc look a bit unusual for DPV but this is just because the majority of artists working in DP (to my knowledge at least) never use(d) the "Move" (Animation menu) and "Perspective" (on numeric keyboard) tools… so it might be surprising seeing a project that uses them so much.
  
  Anyway thanks for the nice words, it'd be cool to have a track go with this but sadly I don't know any musicians :(

• Something I did in Deluxe Paint V. I don't remember how many colors does it use – around 32 or something like that.
