- Nice stuff, I even took the liberty of trying it out in Opera for Nintendo DS.. it actually works, albeit slow.
Made a video for you to see.

releasing under Linux is no excuse to provide half work.
I thought that was the whole point, then release the source and tell people to fix it themselves when they complain.
Certainly seems that way. - isokadded on the 2006-08-23 16:52:08

- First impressions are important, especially at a party where half of the experience is watching something at a bigscreen with a big PA system.
Unfortunately, the messed up sound in the compo really ruined this demo for me, having watched alot of compos at a party and you're very easily put off by having to watch a demo a second time because the compo crew messed up. I know I'm not alone because some people didn't even bother to watch it the second time.
Watching it again back home and I realize that this is an awesome demo, one of conspiracys best. I just wish I could have seen it for what it is at Assembly. - rulezadded on the 2006-08-09 21:02:36

- Smash: I dunno, it's not a hot day.. and one would think I'd see it in more demos if it was overheating.
I just tried the other exe versions and it does indeed show up in all of them. - isokadded on the 2006-08-08 12:29:49

- smash: I've ran the intro a few times just to see if it's random, and it doesn't appear to be.
It doesn't show up at all for the first two scenes (the city overview and the scrolling wall), the first time it shows up is when you're looking down the room (as pictured above). Then the pixels keep showing up for the next couple of scenes (the tunnel, the afro dude, and the breakdancing guy), only to disappear again during the city graffiti scenes. It's also gone during the credits scene.
My Graphics card is a Radeon 9800 PRO if that helps. Also here's another screen of the problem for good measure.

- Love it. But I get a lot of random black and white pixels all over the screen when running it. Is this a bug or is my graphics card fried?
