- I like the idea, but the prod is still too unpolished to give a thumbs up.

- I would appreciate if the YT capture from the makers of a demo is not replaced with a capture from someone else. Their capture should always be the first reference!

- "The paper world is the world of ideas (a demo in your head)."
... well, in this case in a playlist of ASD demos you could show this as a prelude first and then the demos which use the effects cited here.
The demos I think I saw cited in this "prelude":
- Beyond the walls of Eryx (wireframing)
- The butterfly effect (butterfly)
- The Wind Under My Wings (bird)
- Metamorphosis (ants)

- Clearly shows why ASD is so important for the demoscene: They remind everyone that a good demo starts with a vision, not with the code or an effect framework. That's why most ASD demos have this analog feel to them, because they werent made for computer graphics, its just that computer graphics were used as a medium for the artistic vision. THAT's what great visual art is made of!
My only beef (as usual with ASD productions): The mastering of the music is very "flat", sounds too "sharp" and "dry".
BTW: I think I noticed a lot of receycled material from ASD demos of the last years? Its almost a little bit of a "mashup". ;) - rulezadded on the 2014-07-27 13:26:42
