hey willbe, I'm really talking seriously, I want to know how is that old rave-house song which features the BASS sample called.

I was listening to an old mixtape some days ago and suddenly I heard it (bass! bass!) but I don't have the playlist so that's why I'm asking. So the Public Enemy reply is not useful I'm afraid :-/
