you mean wifi card. assuming you already have a gba flashcart, why not get over that cheapness and buy a wifi card? it's not like they cost anything and when someone makes a dslink a la ps2link you'll be happy to have it
btw personally I stick to PSPdev, it has XOR blending in hardware!!! ;)
