Finnish demosceners are among the most active ones of all nationalities in demoscene though we have very "feminine" society and even had a female president and female prime minister at the same time for a while... Or well, wasn't that the point, more femininity increases creativity? Or a female presence of any form?

Moronic statement, getting laid takes up time that could be spent coding.
I see it more as a boost to creativity like a cup of coffee, not as a time wasted. If it's taking too long (as in, so long that you'd actually code a full demo from scratch with the same time), then you're doing something wrong :)

There's less sceners in Austria for a simple reason: after seeing Adok is there, they found out that emigrating to another country is better for their health both on the mental and physical part.
Indeed when you read the aDok writings you start to understand a few things about his problem:
1/ he is always coming with strange theories backed up by his 'intuitions' and his "I'm from Mensa and have a high IQ so everything I say should be authoritative", and school provides good classes into this subject so people should be great at it outside the classroom...
2/ he coins each time different categories to isolate and put people into gross conceptual boxes and try to put a label on everything and everyone: how much time do you sleep, what is your IQ, what is your Myers-Briggs personality, which at the end reflect one thing: he fears the unknown and thus try to name everything thus has not understood one thing and that is people are people and have an irrational dimension which make them act the way they act.
On the other hand and that'll be my conclusion about how to answer his question: he has no clue about the various cultural aspect of the various countries where the demoscene is finding his members. Every country has a different history, social classes, problems, ideals, fashions, goals, culture, economy and PC sales, so it's not just a number game, it's far more complicated to answer those kind of questions.
If Adok really want to increase the number of sceners, which may not rise up quality of releases by the way, he should start himself to release more demos and thus show us the way.
