@party is the longest running demoparty in the Americas and this year is our 9th iteration. We're again returning to Artisan's Asylum in Somerville, MA USA as it has proven to be the perfect local demoparty venue. There will be three days of scheduled programming from Friday June 8th through Sunday June 10th with 24 hour site access.
The room will have the same giant screen and sound system of the past two years and you're welcome to consume meals and refreshments at your computer place. You can't sleep here though, so please make arrangements for a hotel or roomshare if you don't intend to stay awake for three days straight.
We've also already begun scheduling live acts for Friday and Saturday and seminar presentations for all three days. Stay tuned for further details or contact us if you're interested in presenting or performing as there are still some time slots available.

@baordog, the compo deadline will be early Saturday evening before the concerts and compos. I'm planning to post the schedule later today.
@TomCatAbaddon: Yeah, login has been broken for me on demoparty.net for months. If anybody can hook me up with a functional login or just wants to copy the description from last year with this year's dates that'd be fine too.
@HellMood: Awesome! Remote entries would ideally make it to our inbox a week in advance so we have a chance to test run them before the craziness of setup kicks in. The simpler to run, the more lenient we can be with late submissions... ;)

Is there a deadline to register? Can we buy tix at the door? Still not 100% sure I can make it.
There isn't a registration deadline, yes you can purchase at the door. However, I strongly encourage anybody who *can* purchase tickets ahead of time to do so. It makes the lives of the non-sceners at the check-in desk much, much easier.
Whoops, guess I waited too long, registration closed today. But you've already gotten started, so.. :)

Phoenix, Brown Paper Tickets is weird. There's another date up listed as "late registration". If you purchase that we'll let you in. You can also reg at the door. First programming is at 11am.
