20 frames per minute?? you're in luck, here is one frame each 10 seconds, or 6 frames per minute.
anyway, given that i used it before, i would dare to say that 99% it's not the fault of ustream, but simply slow uplink at the party.

The kulturhuset open internet blocks any attempt the send a stream on their network .. I believe it is not Ustream that is at fault, but a painfully slow mobile internet mobile network service .. The Amiga 500, from which we stream via a carefully designed multimedia box, does not have any extra memory, and we have to swap disks now and then, when the stream have filled them. We tried optimize the AMOS 3D source code, but we have lost the manual somewhere at the party.
