Happy New Year. This loader took me about 3 hours to write and debug,
with complete sound card support. I wrote the thing in Turbo Pascal 6.0
(Yes...this CAN be done in pascal). The color scrolling routines are part
of a library I wrote yesterday. This is the first time they're publically
used...a lot of time went into keeping the colors intact, I hope you like
it. This loader is a complete member list (No M. Chaos, I didn't forget
you this time), and some neat shit. I'll do VGA when I have more time.
I've included DarkSider's TNCS Application maker if you're interested
in joining TNCS. His info's below, and... "Anything else I forgot, fuck it.."
The Cardinal
There have been beta versions of this loader with intermittent bug fixes
floating around. The zip files look alike...but if the loader doesn't say
v1.03 at the first scroll line...you better get a new copy.

Well, this is the TNCS Application Maker.. it took me about 3.5 hours
to write it... It contains about 2500 lines and hardcodes down to about
60500 bytes under BorlandC 3.0, compressed with PKLite, it goes down to about
20700.. This is just for those who want to join the group, or support the
group with their BBS.. If you want to request something, ask a member, or
at your local TNCS Dist Site.. Anything else I forgot, fuck it..
