Cool Emotion by HARD Software
Hi, everybody! HARD software is here again with a great brandnew demo package called Cool Emotion. You've probably seen our previous demodisk (Veronika), which is available in the archive. This stuff is much better than Veronika. It contains 9 parts, instead of the 7 parts of Veronika. They are much more complex than the parts of V., however. We couldn't pack them into a single disk side, so two sides were used to store all of the 9 parts. Both of the two sides are bootable, but it is more interesting to boot from the A side (You will see, why!). You can advance to the next part by pressing the space bar (or any other keys in much cases). After passing the first 4 parts, a disk flip picture appears on the screen. So you will turn your disk and reboot, to see the remaining parts as well. We hadn't enough time to test too much 8-bit configurations with the demo, eg. 1050s equipped with Turbo or Speedy, or other non-1050-compatible drives. They may not work with C.E., because we've written a special version of the SIO to allow running programs in the background, while loading.(!) It surely works with plain 1050 and XF551.
