Use XLoader on windows to flash BadDuinoNTSCVideoOutput.ino.hex 
to your ArduinoMega2650

Other OSes use avrdude, for example:

replace /dev/ttyACM0 with your serial port
replace ~/arduino-1.8.5 with your arduino IDE path
replace BadDuinoNTSCVideoOutput with BadDuinoPALVideoOutput for the PAL version
