I think this is a russian mag, anyway, I could not understand it, I just want to warn others before they download.

again no custom font, so one can't read a shit on non-russian windows even if one can read russian... =(

You can save articles by pressing SHIFT+S. Then view the articles with a program that displays Cyrillic fonts encoded with the Windows-1251 codepage correctly. For example, you can do it with Windows Commander; press F3 and configure the internal viewer (Options -> Configure) to use "Lucida Console" with Cyrillic charset as the default font.
The magazine seems to contain some interesting articles - I'll try to read them with my little knowledge of the Russian language.
