No, my friend. Two Amigas here, booted from power, plus WinUAE. Run this with a processor other than 68000 and you'll get the problem too.
My preliminary findings are that there's garbage in bitmaps at the latest when running the production after another production, a packmenu or itself. If you run it on higher CPUs, you get glitches from bugs in the code. These are unrelated to each other. Filling memory with zeros can completely fix the first issue, disabling CPU caches can reduce the 2nd issue considerably.
Regarding the F3 / 30 Years intro problems, as mentioned, I forgot to clear the whole buffer for the text screens and there were some problems for with cpu / blitter timing on faster machines. A fixed version is available at https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=93079. The fix adds some additional waitblits for 020+ machines, but cpu caches are not disabled by the intro.
