Beautiful demo. It's got a very nice logo at the begining. Good looking effects, nice particles, really cool 3D scenes. Water looks sensational. Ambience kind of music. It feels somewhat good to watch this demo, it's like a soothing experience :)

It`s a different style. Funny and beautiful music, really beautiful scenes, fullcolored gfx. A shinning demo. Another demostration of Pulse r00lez.
Quite frankly, I've they had just taken the music and shown a bouncing pixel I still would've loved it. That the visuals are also great (except some weird unfinished cameramoves in that grasshopper-scene) is not too shabby either.
And ofcourse I meant "if" instead of "I've". I'm fairly dumb.

In my eyes, the soundtrack by Cosmic is one of the most atmospheric demotracks made to date. Besides that, the visuals look so beautiful, that if you havn't seen this, get a grip! :)
BTW; the water effect make you think the Unreal-programmers (the game) stole Pulse's routine. Fairly similar, and extraordinary I might add.

I like this demo, it's fun and relaxing to watch. (Shame that you can't see the end of the spider scene ;)

apparently this is done by artists. some of those who know that water is not really blue etc but are so sick of doing realistic stuff that they need to not do it.

Some people don't like it that much because it's showing a to beautiful world. But maybe for this reason it's one of my favorite Pulse demos :-)

Another software demo. This one had me yawning by the end, but started out semi-okay.
lovely, the music and gfx are awesome (like a dumb surferdude would say it)
haven't seen it for a couple of years (damn, I've got to finish assembling that dos-box of mine!), so my recollections of this demo are pretty scarce. but remember it was very cool and colorful and positive and I was going bananas about it. besides 1000 pouetians can't be (*that*) wrong, so there you go - a thumb up.. 8)

Don't know really why but i always hated this demo. If i were to try to justify why, i'd say something about how after watching it you feel dirty, like If you'd been soaked in a pot of honey. Ultra cheesy, especially on the music side + the ultra saturated colours of the "nature" scenes make them "plasticy" and the whole direction doesn't seem to go anywhere.

it was cool! extremely well-presented organic scenes. i do need to rant a bit about the speed, however. on a 468DX4@100 it was just horribly slow. to make it enjoyable you really needed a P@120 or better.
but enough ranting, it still rules.. =)
Still a delight. The visuals manage not to look dated because the detail possible at the time has been used in the right way.

Need to rename sunflow.exe to sunflower.exe for win32 wrapper to work. Still crashes in fullscreen and windowed mode for me. Each in different place.

so.. watched that too again.. downloaded a new version of dosbox today and... was able to enjoy the demo finally without the lines in the last dosbox version... Really Awesome prod.. i would give a second thumb if possible.. Anyway, Awesome Scenes, awesome music.

Full screen Crash fix: Right click on virsun.exe and set to Win98 compatibility mode + select "Disable desktop composition". Work fine on Windows 7 64 bit SP1.

This has to be one of my favourite fakemode demos. They use an RGB(?) dot pattern rather than the typical horizontal lines and it works really well. The demo runs (and looks beautiful) in high-color too but something about the art & design really pulls the fakemode off.
