Special thanks to TheMechanist for capturing some parts of the demo!
you're welcome ;) .. first time I see the third part with the rotating bars as intended and hear the sound of the last part, don't see how you did it technically that it was so hard to run .. should mention that it works on an i286, but apparently only on a special system ..

On my DELL notebook at the office the demo runs fine (except the loading part which needs tseng vga instead of the integrated Intel graphics).

I was capturing the laptop's hdmi output + headphone audio by the Avermedia Game Capture HD II.

For recording the PC speaker audio I also used my little tool: Unmute.
nice for '91, and great Trantor cover in credits! does it use same technics like ZX Spectrum beeper engines? it sounds exactly like them :)

Exactly. It was "mirror coded" from Speccy. Fortunately the Intel 8080 and the Z80 instruction set are close and it was good the get familiar with the i286, and PC's architecture. :-) But it uses RTC for timing, so we had CPU to do something else despite the original code. So we put that circle scroller, which I found fancy at that time. Perhaps had seen in Amiga demos before; those were the standards at the begininng of '90s. :-)

(Sidenote: the copyright was almost an unknown term at that time in Hungary. We barely were after the socialism era. So I simply copied (=stealed) the music and even the code. It's not so original, but we were teenagers. :-o)
