Decent invitro for Solskogen 2017.
Great neon copper bars. The dynamic dithering really helps smooth over the limitation of 4 bit per channel. I guess this is biplane modulo to select dither pattern and changing colors using the copper for mixing the glow.
Simple but effective effect, the choice of colours was prefect, I liked it.

There's no modulo action at all and the bitplanes stay static all the time (3bpls used for 2 dither colors + 5 font colors + border / font outline).
Pseudo-18bit is done by having 2 colors per line + changing between floor(hicol) and ceil(hicol) on even/odd frames.
There wasn't enough CPU time to brute-force supersample the way you did in Neonsky though, so the actual rendering & blur is a bit more hackish.

Seems all the bars are same height, so maybe the glow is just pre rendered into the bar pixels?
