Nice idea to make a desktop linux demo but without proper attention to window management you may break some people's desktops or display arrangements :(

My proposal: never use anything else than some version of SDL, even if you just need a little OpenGL context and window. SDL seems to handle fullscreen stuff just gracefully on all desktop software.

luutifa, we still encourage people to use "q" key to terminate HACKERS® productions instead of other methods.
after installing the needed 32bit libs (mesa, sdl1.2) it runs nicely on my thinkpad with ubuntu64. even in decent framerate on the intel gfx.

I understand this demo was designed to run smoothly on the industry-standard Lenovo x220 hardware platform.

The executable does only show a blackscreen for me, but plays music and doesn't crash at least ;)
