Great way of integrating the loading noise, and solid graphics.
Lovely fusion of the tape noise with the music and really nice "overpainting" effect with the graphics. Love it.

Really really nice and original prod ! Graphics are great, music is really nice too. Only one little lake, the way tunes stop is too abrupt. Anyway, I love this demo !

Everyone loves a bit of tape loading noise! coupled with great cpc tunes and graphics fills it with win for me! It's kinda like the excitement of loading a game off tape, that moment when the loading screen appears and the music kicks in but over and over. Feel like I'm 10 again!

Thanks guys! This was my first real collaborative demo, and it's definitely the way forward! :) So nice to work with talented people and it certainly makes a change from my usual "programmer art". So, my thumbs up are for the artwork and music of rexbeng and McKlain and also JulijanaM (who isn't on pouët as this was her first ever scene work).

Lovely. Great gfx work in here, and I like the music. Technically very cool for what's basically a slideshow, and loading the pictures in stages is great :)
@Insectecutor: the thing I like about the ate bit demo is that there's other stuff going on... and I had built a nice task based system and there's an idle loop that just wastes cycles, so I could have done other sections with CPU effects, but I ran out of time before the party deadline!
This really remembered me on earliest times of modems/bbses...thanks to the tape-loading-speed.
