huh. 4k. the nfo had me scared, but it was easy. and it looked and sound really good.

Very nice. Sat for a decent amount of time with a wait cursor over a black screen, but it is well worth the wait. Ran quite well and without any noticeable problems at my native resolution (which is 16:10).
The long precalc is my fault (the music) :)

Not a very novel concept but better done in this size than previously. Oddly enough the music is similar too, nothing new but slightly better than most earlier incarnations.

What everyone else said, and first of all I'd like to appreciate how incredibly well mixed the music is. Normally there's always something irritatingly off either balance or spectrum wise in 4k intro soundtracks but this time it all fits beautifully. Well done!

Does this play underwater or deep in space, was what I was questioning myself the whole time while watching. The sync had me baffled, especially in the first scene it took a path I didn't expect, as the light travels sideways in the jellyfish and not simply up and down.

No compute shaders involved here. All shapes and movements are generated on the CPU, producing screen-space triangles for a (fairly simple) pixel shader.
What surprised me the most is how fast it runs even on older hardware. It does looks fabulous, of course.
