Yes this prod is too short, be since we started it just one month before the party it was the only choice to make a decent prod. I generally prefer to do a short non-boring prod that an long eventless one :D

Great idea to use Moby's nice metal instead of chiptune for a change, even if there's absolutely nothing with chiptunes of course.. :) But unfortunately it is just too short. Still a thumb up but not by big margin.

Would have loved some actual progression of this. Both music and visuals seems to be a quick mash up of things, stretched to barely form an entire production. I think it would have greatly benefitted from a little more work and some more effects. Also, a bit of variation in the music would have made this one a bit more enjoyable. Not a thumb down, but definitely not a thumb up either. A piggie this time :)

Don't fret rez, it's just me noticing the (non-)trend that pops up n times every year. People falling in love with oldskool... and yes, producing oldskool prods on modern platforms. It wasn't about the tech or your retro love, but the strange retro love in general.

It just seems they want to jump through hoops and run for miles, do anything they can, as long as they can at any length avoid having to use the computer they obviously have a lot of love for. Just because I do and work towards proper old computer usage doesn't put me on some pedestal, just trying to understand where the fascination really lies.

I love almost all of rez's productions, but somehow this one I don't like. A big factor for this is the tune I guess - I hate metal - but also the fact that the effects look like rehashes of old effects.
Has some good GFX though and execution is nice, so I cannot thumb this down of course. :) Also if I remember correctly, it showed directly after the pause at revision when not everyone was back, which I found a bit unfair...
