Great 64B intro! - smooth, stylish, with esc.

Very smooth, very cool. It only blanks to black as it changes texture very soon.
(XorGegga also implements comparable).
Optimus, I run it for many minutes and it not switches to black (if so, you can always call it intro with ending!).

I can watch it in dosbox properly. I guess some asumption about regs that goes wrong with pallete routine? I will check the code to see what it does.
Or maybe when runnign from my XP, they don't like 3c9h without 3c8h first? Who knows..
Oh, it works now from XP too. I don't know what happened before..
