Okay speed on my Dual Opteron and HD3870. But i guess the calculation for this fractal recalculates the whole fractal every frame? The turning itself looks fishy...
I don't get it. It doesn't in any way resemble a TV with no signal.

Doesn't work on my craptop with Intel GMA950. White screen + spinning cursor. However, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume the screenshot doesn't lie.
