Another innovative production from ate bit :)
Rather nice stuff, that.
mega :)
kickass coding... but I'm bit disappointed in the end as it was actually loading something :)
Impressive coding, very entertaining demo and it went down a treat.
Well deserved winner.
typical tramp ethic from evilpaul
Clever.
Yes
This is SO INCREDIBLE that actually I cannot believe it exist. :) "Coder-porn". :) Spectrum guys know how INSANEit is. :)

coperative multitasking rulez
thank you Ate Bit to return me 18 years back. with these emulators i forgot what is this: to load full file from tape and carefully look into the screen listening loading sounds with sweet waiting of something unknown.
i'm impressed. and how did you managed to do such innovative things everytime? it's a mystery :) please don't stop demomaking on Spectrum, i hope to compete with you again.

very neat!
haha, nice, but I still liked noices entry the best :)
Tnx! Great concept, idea and realization.
But actually we need this 20 years ago - in this case world can be different now.

unbeliever, heh, most of modern demos can change the world of gamemaking in 80s.
xeron approves of this demoscene production.
Nice-o!
Now this is a demo.
cool concept, well executed :)
Very british, gentlemen ! Most original concept nominiee I presume.
Great idea and funny too.
cool!!
awesome :D
sweet!
20 years and still innovating!
A deserving winner! Nice one.
Basically what everyone else said :)
Good stuff!
It was cool just to hear proper loading noises for the first time in 20 odd years. Music wasn't quite what I was expecting.. but then I realised, it's pure loading music material :D Effects were pretty decent, but then the streaming thing is the main 'effect' and I reckon that comes high on the awesome scale.

brilliant!
In default mode, Spectaculator is speeding through the loading parts in a second or so. ;)
Citing myself: "I hate them for making it look so easy and effortless :)"
rules in every way possible.
rules in every way possible.
It's almost unreal.
YEAH
Ahahaha, the best end part ever <3 Fabulour ear-raping music experience <3
Wicked.
Ripped music! I think a guy called bach did something very similar using different samples!
Nice :)
Great idea, I particularly like the undersea greeetins :-).
Nice! The streamed picture part reminded me a bit of Deep Throat (the C64 Durex production)
Contains tape.
I liked the presentation. I trust the Speccy guys that it's technically good as well :).
Reel clever!
Great idea and implementation
very nice!

Awesome! Looked great on the bigscreen and the atmosphere in the room was great too.
Brilliant idea, I remember FUXOFT did something similar in the very past, but this kick ass!
Tapes!
lol nice idea and demo :p
coder-pron! respect, ate bit!!!!
Kewl!
nice work
Fekkin ace guys!
Great
Wonderful. Its such a perfect idea too - just when you need to have something to watch - there it is.
tape loader will never die!
Soso.
awesome
Nice idea!
!!!
Having never had a Spectrum, I don't feel compelled to thumb this up on platform alone. Having said this, it was an amusing little demo, and it actually loaded something at the end, which is a Bonus.
Thus, this demo Earns its thumb! This prod Rulez!

I am always fascinated by these tape loading tricks.
thumbworthy!
Funny!
nice indeed
great
No thumb from me ? Oh this is great loader tricks.
:O
Can't stop watching this. Rules.
BOOP BIP!
This one simply rules.. big time!
It was impressive when loaders were changing loading-bars colours while loading, Exolon loader with counter looked like magic, and if I've seen THIS in 80s, I wouldn't believe. Mindblowing.
Very wicked concept!
Just stumbled across this by accident, ate bit kickin it as expected :)
Absolutely awesome stuff, takes me back to my early years as a spectrum coder! Now I think I need to get another machine and tinker with it again. Thanks for the inspiration :)
cool beans
holy cow, stunning!
i love it!
Impressive
cool
Sweet
tap'ki 4ever!
This is, without a doubt, one of the most technically challenging things you can do with your spectrum. Very nostalgic, very cool and very inspiring.
good shot
great idea, but I am still happy I started with the disc drive from the very beginning! :)
I only just came across this. Literally and figuratively! :P
Tape demo streaming on the Speccy... with MUSIC?! Mighty impressive.
Seriously, tape streaming demos should be a competition standard at parties today. :)
Thumbz upz.
