if you buy a new machine to see this intro. I reccommend you buy a machine with geforce go 7600 so that you get time to look at each frame in detail.

iq: No, just (sometimes) poorly tweaked pr-pixel lighting...
Works on the HD4850 here, so it's probably some hardware restriction on the X1x00 cards - maybe someone (auld?) can send the d3d debug errors?

finally have a graphics card that can run this. Really nice attempt at throwing together lots of advanced stuff in a tiny space. Did I see collision detection too? Cool sound. Nice try at getting rid of those awful cube shadow map artifacts but couldnt you just blur them ?
was at first a bit strange because of the noisy look, but that asteroid session was in the end really enjoyable :)

Never watched this for some reason. Pretty forgettable visually, but there's some really lovely bits in the audio, namely the excellent percussions and the lower end of the mix overall. Detuned trance-like leads are not my thing though :)
