I see the very same window. The haujobb trick (alt+space and maximize) did not work as expected. I got some video but the audio started skipping like crazy.

You should probably be aware of the fact that everything there is made on purpose. The audio also.

Anyway, for what I saw (audio and video separately) the main effect is kinda nice for 2D, and the synth music ok. The scroller content on the other hand could use some originality to say the least. Also, this is only 27KB so I cannot thumb down it. :-)
