The water "filter" was unbeliavably cool. Extremely good atmosphere in this demo, seriously.

uncle-x: phew - I thought that I would have to molest you about the equations :D. Even so - beautiful parameters. One more question (maybe that's not the right place - but it's surely better than bbs :P) - do you have some kind of inbetween keys (or constant steps) calculator that will assure you that on every config the demo will look the same? If yes, then do you interpolate the positions between such keys? Thanks for the answer.

bonzaj: just moving them around based on timedelta and some 'physics'. I haven't really verified if the things move exactly the right way on every config, but on all hardware i've seen the demo they seem to :-)

start very good , but began very boring after 1 minute, a such effect is nice for a single scene but not for a whole demo

ant might be they call the drivers 'beta' for a reason:-) i'm pretty confident you'll get the same error in any other recent mfx demo.

I don't understand why people say it becomes boring. Maybe it has become tradition in demos to hide how shallow and pointless each effect is by changing scenes every 2 seconds. But this definitely has enough going on to warrant examination for 2.8 mins, assuming you only watch it once. There is a subtle progression that I found beautiful and powerful. (In case you have a short term memory, use the youtube video to compare the first 20 seconds to the last 20 seconds).
I simply love it and have no explanations to give.
