...dazu benötigen sie 2 Eier, 100 Gramm Mehl und ein bischen Salz. Das ganze in eine Schüssel geben und gut vermischen, bis sich ein zäher Teig gebildet hat. Danach setzen sie einen Topf mit Wasser auf, geben etwas Öl in das Wasser und lassen es aufkochen. Nun nehmen sie eine Spätzlepresse und füllen etwas Teig hinein und drücken nun die Spätzle in das Wasser. Nach ca. 8 Minuten sind die Spätzle gar und können auf ein Sieb abgegossen werden.
