havoc, at least last year i was preselected out from the animation compo. to me it seems that the "no preselection" rule doesn't apply to everyone.
i think it has the right length compared to previous releases. but the music was missing this time.
toxie, most of my latest releases have been under one minute. so what exactly make this to have the right lenght? 39secs is much better than 45???

i think this was a great example of how less is more.
I've seen a plenty of good productions from nosfe, but unfortunately this is not really among them. I'm all for noise or avant-garde, but this does not produce images and structure in my head.

second: there is not such a thing as universal aesthetics. also not in the demoscene. people with many different tastes and interestes come together here and contribute according to their aesthetical values. and that's what makes the demoscene so enjoyable. lotek, you are always presenting yourself as a very tolerant and openminded person (i remember some slengpung comment), so why is it so hard for you to be at least tolerant in this field, if you can't enjoy this?
