Fake attempt at beating TCB's record (134 sprites) back then with those 164 sprites.
TCB's had 3 colors though, these ones had only 2.

More info about the sprite record history over there: http://leonard.oxg.free.fr/record16/record16.html

Stanz: yeah, strangely enough nobody seems to know this one and to be honest I don't remember ever seeing it before.

hehe sure keops. Not even leonard :P
I've googled a bit, it's seems to be 89here
is there away to join them all a bit like gen4? (still looking for btw)
Thanks for the info. But thinking about it, it can't be 1989 since the Sowatt demo - featuring that former sprite contest - was released in december 1989 if I am not mistaken.

Indeed, could hardly be 89 ;)
One would say that it works without interferences if >=10Mhz available.
I am using Steem emulator, maybe the original machine was a Mega STe.

solO2: once again, FUCK YOU with your emulator shit. This works perfectly on an Atari ST (8MHz), it's been done in 1990 when no emulator existed.

So go fuck yourself or buy the real machine and spare us your redundant clueless comments. Thanks.

The problem is that everyone is free to registrate on Pouet... But nevertheless this nerd really spends time in demo programming... Perhaps he should not publish his experiments on Pouet because he is over 20 years too late...
