The average framerate is 33fps, but there are huge differences between the scenes. Most of them are perfectly smooth, two are a bit slower. The gold and uranium atoms are really demanding, for example ;)

Always cool to see stuff on new platforms. The nano seems to be quite fast, any spec on CPU etc.?

Sdw: It's a 75 MHz ARM7, but the memory and display interface is quite crappy.

This was an obvious winner. Amazing product. I loved the oos and aaas of the crowd :-) as the last scene came on. Definitely the best prod at the party.

Ant: The original soundtrack is directly multiplexed into the .avi versions, so just use VirtualDubMod or something like that on these files to get the .mp3.

correction: the original, unmodified .mp3 is only in the "non-realtime" video; the others were at least re-encoded (mp3/192 to mp3/128, AFAIR)

I uploaded a fixed and slightly improved version (the download location is the same). The new features are:
(+) all data files are there! the originally published version lacked some sprites ... I wonder why nobody noticed ...
(+) the PC version now has a 4x zoom option (enabled by default)

Great idea! Perfect for a first-on-nano demo. The triangle renderer is rather buggy, but it does not detract seriously from the experience.
Is the source somewhere available? Could try porting this to GP32.
