Hahah cool and funny idea. :) Unfortunately it seems to bug on the Qtek S100 I've tested it on, the touchscreen input is totally messed up. I will test it on my IPAQ's tomorrow, have forgotten the recharger at work. ;)
Tested on IPAQ 1940 now, the same bug there. But I have 2 other IPAQ's left to test. :D

The concept is great, but I bet that the game would be much more playable (for a much longer time) if the tattoo flash disappeared after displaying for a few seconds or something like that, perhaps depending on the level.
