I was merely wondering whether what I see is what I am supposed to see. Because THAT is neither entertaining, new or tasteful in my humble opinion. I let it run for about 5 minutes. The comments that I read make me wonder whether I am really really missing something here.
ASD: Maybe your OGL drivers don't support texturing of wide lines and wide points? I saw this problem on my laptop.

well one of the patterns looks nice and i would probably even give it a thumbsup if it didnt loop for so long. it's not because it has bored me, that too, but actually after a few repeats you see nothing but dull spheres with butt-ugly-colored sprites.

I can see the textured points and lines etc. Fair enough if it is hard work to put everything in 1k... I guess that is what I "didn't" get...

quite cool, but obviously suffers from the sizelimit. put code like this in 4k and make it sound, look good, be coherent, etc and you're my hero.
A nice effect for a 1k, thumbs up for the size. But this is only a technology-thumb. I didn't like the look of the effect that much.
I have to admit that I was impressed by this. Good job.

Getting it down to 1k is a challenge, but it looks quite ugly IMHO...

gets a bit boring, but still good in a screensaver-ish sort of way.. very high quality for 1k gets the thumb.
Fantast1k. Generally I don't like very small intros for Windows, real hardcode art is for DOS, but intros like this try tell me: you wrong.
