ROMANIAN SCENE IS ALIVE!
that thumb was just for romanian scene, i hope they manage to make more cool productions like this.
PSIKEDELIK!
ROTFL
best demo ever!
best demo ever!
let it be "fast-made crap", but i actually enjoyed this. worth a not-thumb-down. :)
actually, i find it quite remarkable that there's hardly any romanian scene. romanian computer science education, for instance, is very good compared to surrounding countries, and there's plenty nerds over there.
psychederic scene.
yay.. enjoyable
skrb: up till 99 i believe there was atleast one demoparty in romania called dracula.. the scene just died off like it happened to so many other countries...
hm. sucks..
I don't like this at all. What is the content of this production? Why all the thumbs?
i'm touched by the deepness of the inner expressions in this demo. READ BETWEEN THE LINES! long live romanian scene.
hyde: we like good jokeprods.
this was far from being bad.
But look:

ALCOOL SI TUTUN
-Consumul bauturilor alcoolice este intrzis in incinta salii.
Now what could this mean? ;)

i love romania.
so they do still have demoparties, embebbed into commercial lans.. wondering where the prods are...
shiny colors!
Could be better. I would like to see the visual synced better to the soundtrack. Now it is all that chaos, although it triggers some strange feelings in the deepness of my mind.
It seems the older Häläbläp-releases are vanished to the /dev/null. I hope Eisënsteïn will put them online someday soon!

jobe writes like a slightly modified postmodernism generator. :)
Visuals were good, but you need to learn how to make proper shitcore.
This is art.
nice gfx and music, but the compositing, syncing and shit between both was lacking. stil good stuff keep on !
artistic noise.
This is NOT art.
Yes it is.
crap colors
mixed feelings
i find your claims of this having to do with a theoretical 'romanian scene' to be intriguing. the prod is fine.
LOVE~

However, I have to say that ¨ left me slightly cold. The obvious suggestions underneath the wall of noise; the correlations between the chaotic nature of it all and the feignly structured but in reality shambolic and byzantine nature of our western society; were half-hearted, if commendable in their purpose and honesty.
Häläbläp Crew have, in this production, ventured further into abrasion and iconoclasty, which is a respectable move. However, their attempted subtle contextual references to the works of Marcel Duchamp (mainly LHOOQ and his other well known readymades) are ultimately left stumbling in the dark woods of conceptuality and leave the viewer wondering: "We have been lead to a fork in the road, but from here nothing can be seen but fog - is this excercise supposed to lead us into something, or have we merely been cheated of fulfillment and left in midst of mire and perplexity?"
I wish to see Häläbläp Crew venture this road further - the parallels between popular misinterpretations of Nietzschean nihilism and the postmodern condition and struggle against angst and weltschmerz in the value void of western and panamerican consumerist culture - is one that deserves further inspection. However, ¨ leaves this whole inspection halfway. It has an atmosphere to a prelude to a profound question - a promise that is never fulfilled, and a dissatisfaction that never finds direction. We hurt, we are perplexed, we see the darkness and mire all around us, but isn't it true that we should try to find the flare that leads us, and our doomed society, to prosperity both material and philosophic, and salvation from destructive values?
However, Häläbläp Crew have managed to achieve something remarkable with the jittery fifth passage of this audiovisual movement. I can't help but draw parallels between these moments and the works of Soviet sci-fi director and visual effects pioneer, Pavel Klusantsev. While Klusantsev painted a pre-kubrickean monolithic serenity of space and time, Häläbläp Crew have applied similar methods to convey the polar opposite; the chaos of our paranoid, panicking, media-fueled existence. 3 Kelvin background radiation seamlessly exchanged with 200000 Centigrade searing full media blast of uncertainty and fear.
All in all, this production, even in all its imperfection and desire for improvement, is a commendable step forward. Respect to the creators for their boldness; if not so much to the production itself.
And a personal message to Eisënsteïn/Häläbläp - I hope you have all the issues we discussed about dealt with, and I'm looking forward to having a beer with you at Boozembly.
