It's released some time around november 1992.. I used to get a lot of these in the mail since I swapped with Michael (earlier known as Devistator). One of my first contacts :)
This pack series started as "Round About Pack", then switched to "Network South East". Then, when Michael and the others from EOC1999 UK transferred to Nuance, the pack numbering was reset so that it started again from Network South East #01. Or something like that, I'm getting confused myself :)

Late 92(nov or december) or v early 93.
Did not think I would live to see the day I did some gfx:) Now I know why I code instead:) These packs started as a joke with Mike as I used to make fun of him working for British Rail. Thats the story behind that one then. Damn those days were fun.
