one of the most ambitious mag projects of today. the interface is really well concepted and worked out (as pain editor, i'm even a bit jealous for that nice concept ;)), and the articles are also very good. there are not too much of them, but therefor no fillers. topics are dealing with russian as well as international demoscene, including a farbrausch special and memories by purple motion & skaven.

and please don't complain about it being in russian - a big national scene is absolutely legit to have mags in its own language if there are enough readers.

I don't thumb it up because I contribute a lot to it. But InCube obviously RULEZ! I want to add to dipswitch's words that there is an interesting to international readers interview with MAF/Camorra and that we are
planning to translate future issues to English.

English version of MAF's interview isn't included in diskmag, but I'll upload it somewhere someday somehow.

Content: I liked most of the articles and interviews. Only expected to find more info in 8 Mb(!).

Shell: Bugz here a lot (gf2mx400/w2k). Sometimes blank screen is all can be seen after "demon coition" picture. Could only reach articels with minimum gfx (or am i to wait for hours when particles stop to move?). Also need to mention it chooses lowest frequency in full screen (that hurts).

Bonus: Thanks a lot for that. But, Tyler, couldn't you, please, use tabs in your code?

Tyler: Well, don't forget: it is not only for you, but for other people out there. Hard to read, especially when each line is commented. And tabs are extremely useful when you make it after labels. It's so sweet to see where JXX actually jumps.
PS I never used tabs in basic ;)

Incube #1 is a very good first issue of a diskmag. The engine not only looks fine, but it also contains some new ideas. It is clearly visible that the creators have made a serious effort at making a professional magazine.

a bit buggy on my nVidiaFX5600 but really superb for 1st issue. "must read" for russian sceners.

interface had some major bugs in windowed mode but in fs it looked DAMN NEAT.
