no much need to say... i have never tried that TRSI demomaker, but this must be the best demotool around here. Despite the fact it was not the first demomaking tool, yes it should be called as The Mother :)

The API is shit and requires too much code rewrite to produce anything workable. Example programs don't cover what is missing in the very vague API documentation.
Well, I never really tried using demopaja, but maybe I should give it a second look. Afterall, it did help create some of the best demos around (Gerbera and halla).

Yessss... Shamely, I didn't known this fantastic tool till today (at least, the "Free-Zest" campaign had some utility ;-) )...

Amazing piece of software! What I like most about it is its simplicity. No bells and whistles and pointless features - it just lets the user take control and use his creativity.
I've played with engines that retail for $200 and more that aren't in the same league as this.
If there was some updated support for 3d anims (fbx importer perhaps) and modern screenmodes I'd be a very active scener these days.

Awesome tool, but sadly forgotten... Maybe one day someone will make a plugin that will allow to import common 3D object file formats.
