Not much of a demo... more a text mode animation player. Showing a jerky spinning cube. But i guess if its a first prod made cause you're bored...
and you somehow felt this was worthy of an entry on pouet? (not that the standards here are too high...)
...whatever :)
perhaps its intended to be something to get embarrassed about when phonica is a famous coder ;)
hmm... not really a good way to make a textmode-based cube.
wrote a VB program to generate the Turbo Pascal code
om(f)glolro(t)fl.

as we speak im working a proper demo, a nice big pile of living goop :D :P
Perhaps Kube was a little pointless to say the least

hey, the man was bored... so writing a VB program to generate the Turbo Pascal code
makes sense!
makes sense!
well someone has to be the first to thumb shitt(tm) like this down :) no offense but .. gaaah
go to nehe.gamedev.net if you would like to learn OpenGL. To continue like this seems atleast a little pointless.
Way to go Phonica!!! =))))
I tried nehe, not very good. Didnt explain the code at all well.
Instead im cheating and using a wrapper around DX that i happen to know very well. It alows for per-poly positioning so expect some pretty funky stuff ;)

Waste of time.
quite ugly and tasteless, but if you had some good time with it, it's ok to me.
from screenshot i can what great masterpiece this is...
there's a good text-mode graphics library out there, if you really have a boner for textmode: TextFX4, get it here: http://sol.planet-d.net/code.html and if you can't understand NeHe you need to go back to school...
this is so damn bad it's bad again.
Looking forward to that "per poly positioning, funky stuff" though.

needless =)
"if you can't understand NeHe you need to go back to school..."
Lol!
However,. there is a reason for someone not understanding NeHe. I do understand the basic OpenGL parts, you don't even need to know maths. BUT,. I can't say that I understood everything about the framework of the first lesson which is also too big to read. That's because I don't know that much things about C++ and OOP. But since most people copy-paste the code from the first lesson as it is and write their effects in OpenGL which is more clear, I did the same and never complained that it is too hard to understand. But I can say that I didn't understood anything because C++/OOP is a bitch anyways but who cares. You are not supposed to understand, just use it as it is they say, blah I am going back to Quickbasic :P

Optimus, shut up. You're a talentless piece of shit. So don't talk about programming no longer okay? Since you're obviously not competent enough to do so. Got a problem with that? Look me up at BP :)
the NeHe tutorial sucks like all other tutorials. books suck too, probably, although i haven't seen any :) - get the specs and be happy.
Nice work, i've years to see a tp prod.
Now grab the "Red Book" (opengl programming guide) from http://www.gamedev.net/download/redbook.pdf and try to learn OpenGL :-).
http://www.opengl.org/ is your friend!

if this prod is a fake, some info is false or the download link is broken,
do not post about it in the comments, it will get lost.
instead, click here !
Made an animated cube in MS3D and Photopaint, changed to B&W, wrote a VB program to generate the Turbo Pascal code, pasted, tested, compressed, uploaded, tada :)
Ps: First ever uploaded dem/intro :) Will get onto the proper stuff when i get a decent book on OpenGL
